Axiom Exchange

Axiom Exchange is a decentralised exchange and trading terminal in one: you buy and sell any token with a pool on seven chains, trade perpetuals with leverage, and take positions on prediction markets, all from a single account. It does the job people go to an exchange for, but it never holds your funds and never asks who you are. Open it through axiom.trade/@tradenow with code TradeNow for 20% off fees.

What is Axiom Exchange?

Axiom Exchange is the platform at axiom.trade, known by the name of its X account, @AxiomExchange. It is a DEX and a trading terminal rolled together: the terminal is where you read the market and place the order, and the exchange part is on-chain, where the order is filled against liquidity pools on Solana, Robinhood Chain, BNB, Base, Ethereum, Ink or Arc. Perpetuals run through Hyperliquid and prediction markets through Polymarket, from the same wallet.

In practice it covers most of what a trader uses an exchange for: spot, leverage, deposits, conversions and a portfolio view. What it leaves out is custody and KYC, which is the whole difference from a centralised exchange, and the rest of this page is about what that means day to day.

Axiom Exchange vs a Centralised Exchange

If you are coming from Binance, Coinbase or Kraken, the surface looks familiar: a chart, an order panel, a balance, a portfolio. The differences are underneath, and most of them are things a CEX does for you that a DEX terminal leaves to you.

Who holds the money

A CEX holds it and shows you a balance. On Axiom the balance is a wallet you control through Turnkey, and a withdrawal is you sending your own funds. No withdrawal queues, no frozen accounts, and also nobody to call if you lose the recovery phrase. The wallet page covers that side.

What is listed

A CEX lists a few hundred tokens after review. A DEX terminal lists nothing; it reads every pool on the chain, so a token is tradeable from the block it launches in. That is the whole point for memecoin traders and the whole risk for everyone else.

How the price is found

A CEX matches you against its own order book. Axiom quotes from the on-chain pools, routes the order to the best one, and the fill is whatever the pool gives at that block, which is why slippage and MEV settings exist here and not on a CEX.

Identity

No KYC to sign up or trade. The one place identity appears is the Coinbase card purchase, capped at $500 a week without it. Whether trading without KYC is allowed where you live is your question to answer, not the platform's.

What you pay

A CEX charges maker and taker fees in basis points. Axiom charges a flat 1% on spot, 0.8% with the referral code, and pays part of it back as cashback. Higher per trade, but there is no spread on top and no withdrawal fee beyond network gas.

Regulation

A CEX is licensed somewhere and can be told to freeze you. Axiom is software in front of public blockchains; it is not a licensed exchange and does not claim to be. That cuts both ways, and this page does not pretend otherwise.

What You Can Trade on Axiom Exchange

Spot, on seven chains

Every token with a pool: memecoins from the launchpad feed, majors, stablecoins, and on some chains tokenised stocks and the memecoins paired with them. One selector switches the whole terminal between chains; the pages for Solana, Robinhood Chain, BNB, Base, Ethereum, Ink and Arc list the venues on each.

Perpetuals

Leverage up to 50x on Hyperliquid's markets, funded by converting SOL to USDC on Hyperliquid from the top-right button, with Axiom taking 0.01% per trade on top of Hyperliquid's fee. This is the part of Axiom that behaves most like a classic exchange, because Hyperliquid runs an order book.

Prediction markets

Polymarket's event contracts, bought and sold from the Predictions tab with the same wallet. How positions settle is on the prediction markets page.

What is not here

Fiat trading pairs, bank withdrawals, margin on spot, staking products beyond SOL, and any token that does not have an on-chain pool. If your plan ends at a bank account, you will still need a CEX for the last step.

How an Order Goes Through

You size the buy in the Instant Trade panel, the terminal builds the transaction against the best pool it can see, your wallet signs it, and it goes out through Axiom's own nodes. Three settings decide the fill: slippage, which caps how far the price may move before the transaction reverts; priority fee or tip, which decides where you land in the block on chains that auction that; and MEV mode, which decides who can see the transaction before it lands. On Solana that is Off, Reduced through Jito, or Secure through whitelisted validators. None of these exist on a CEX because a CEX never puts your order on a public network. The settings page has the numbers and the MEV protection page the reasoning.

Getting Money In and Out

In: send SOL, ETH, BNB or USDC to the address the wallet shows for the chain you are on; use Convert to move a balance from one of Axiom's chains to another; or buy up to $500 a week through Coinbase with a card and no KYC. Out: send to any address you like, which on a non-custodial platform is simply a transfer, with no approval step and nothing to wait for beyond the chain itself. Perps funds come back from Hyperliquid through the same convert button in a few minutes. There is no fiat off-ramp; the last hop to a bank account happens somewhere else.

Getting Started on Axiom Exchange

Email, Google or Phantom at axiom.trade/@tradenow; the TradeNow code should be pre-filled. Save the recovery phrase offline.

Fund the wallet

Deposit from another wallet or exchange, or buy with a card. A few dollars of the chain's gas token covers a lot of trades.

Set the presets

Slippage, fee and MEV mode. Three presets so you can switch between a calm setting and a launch setting with one click.

Trade, then check Rewards

The Rewards tab shows the discount applied and the cashback tier climbing as volume grows.

Why the Name Confuses People

The product calls itself Axiom, the domain is axiom.trade, the X account is @AxiomExchange, and this site is Axiom Pro, an independent affiliate guide. There is also an unrelated "Axiom" paper-trading app in the App Store and at least two phishing domains that borrow the word. If a page says Axiom and asks for your recovery phrase, or is not on axiom.trade, it is not Axiom Exchange. The official website page keeps the list of copies.

Axiom Exchange — FAQ

Is Axiom Exchange a real exchange?

It is a decentralised exchange and trading terminal, so yes in the sense that you trade there, and no in the sense that it is not a centralised exchange: it never holds your funds and fills spot orders against on-chain pools rather than its own order book. The perpetuals side, which runs on Hyperliquid, is the closest to a classic exchange.

Does Axiom Exchange require KYC?

No. Sign-up is an email code, a Google account or a Phantom wallet. The only KYC-gated feature is buying more than $500 a week by card through Coinbase.

What are Axiom Exchange's fees?

1% per spot swap, 0.8% with referral code TradeNow, with cashback of up to 0.25% paid back in SOL depending on your volume tier. Perpetuals carry a 0.01% Axiom fee on top of Hyperliquid's. Network gas is extra and usually cents.

Can I withdraw to my bank from Axiom Exchange?

No. Withdrawals are on-chain transfers to a wallet address. To reach a bank account you send funds to a centralised exchange that supports fiat withdrawals in your country.

Which coins are on Axiom Exchange?

Any token with a liquidity pool on Solana, Robinhood Chain, BNB, Base, Ethereum, Ink or Arc, including tokens minutes old. There is no listing process, which also means there is no vetting.

Is Axiom Exchange safe?

Your funds sit in a wallet you control, secured through Turnkey, so the platform cannot lose them for you. The risks are the ones that come with self-custody and on-chain tokens: a phished recovery phrase, a rugged token, or a fake site. Only ever use axiom.trade.

Is Axiom Exchange the same as Axiom Trade and Axiom Pro?

Axiom Exchange and Axiom Trade are the same platform; the X handle uses one name and the domain the other. Axiom Pro is this site, an independent affiliate guide with the TradeNow referral code.
